Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-31
By accessing and using GradeMate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
GradeMate provides free educational calculators for U.S. students, including grade calculators (final grade, weighted grade, GPA, etc.) and standardized test score calculators (AP, SAT, ACT).
The calculators are provided "as is" for educational and informational purposes. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board, ACT Inc., or any educational institution.
Accuracy and disclaimers
- The calculators are based on publicly available formulas and historical scoring data.
- For AP, SAT, and ACT, official current-year scoring curves may not be publicly released in advance. Some AP calculators use official released College Board scoring worksheets when they match the current exam structure; other AP subjects, SAT, and ACT use unofficial estimates or preview tables. We label the source status clearly within each calculator.
- Predicted scores are estimates and should not be considered guarantees of actual exam results.
- For final decisions about your academic standing or exam outcomes, consult your teacher, school counselor, or official score reports.
No warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GradeMate and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to academic outcomes, missed opportunities, or reliance on calculator results.
